Nu-Vue Industries, Inc., warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Its products are further warranted for adequacy of design, provided products are used in strict accordance with Nu-Vue Industries Inc., current published desin limits set forth in this catalog and are installed in a workmanlike manner. All express warranties are void in the event a product is curt, notched, welded, drilled, altered or deteriorated due to environmental conditions. Nu-Vue Industries, Inc’s obligations under this warranty shall be limited to the replacement or repair of the product demonstrated to be defective. Theses remedies shall constitute buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy and Nu-Vue Industries, inc .s sole obligation under this warranty. In no event will Nu-Vue Industries, Inc., be responsible for incidental, consequential or special damages or any cause, loss, action, claim or damage, including loss of time, whatsoever, or injury to person or property or any other consequential damage or incidental or economic loss.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION OF THE FACE HEREOF. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including warranty of merchantability, warranty of fitness for a particular propose and warranties that may arise from course of dealings or usage of trade, all such other warranties being hereby expressly excluded.
